Possibly the best and amazing stay for 3 nights. Immaculate airy room with view over mountain. Good bed and spacious bathroom.

The location was marvellous, near the city center, it's a plus.

The breakfast was excellent and had a great selection of food. The staff was very amiable and attentive, greatly enjoyed to deal with them all. It had exceptionally nice location, close enough to the spacey restaurant, the centre of Banos and beautifully kept gardens.

Great location near the center of town and within walking distance of popular attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of choices. The room was comfortable and had unique and vibrant decorations.

Additionally, the lack of a safe in the room made me uncomfortable leaving my valuables behind.

Comfortable rooms with large beds and hot water. WiFi works well. Nice inner garden and friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast with fruits and muesli. Good location near attractions. Rented mountain bike and helped with blocked parking.

Charming little and clean hotel with nice view of the mountain. Location - exceptionally nice right by the center on banos, the plaza and the waterfalls. Also, in a nice establishment close to the centre.

The restaurant food is AMAZING, and the breakfast offered is excellent and great with fresh fruit and granola, as for instance. The location is perfect and exceptionally nice and adjacent to the various waterfalls, the center, and hiking the Quilotoa loop. There is Sativa Studio Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.

We loved the spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, and magical decor. The restaurant offered awesome food and great value for money. The breakfast was equally delicious. The hotel also had a green area to relax and was conveniently located near the main street. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast choices are complimentary. The rooms are practical and airy and complete with great breakfast and the tub, as example.

the breakfast had a wide array of options and slices of fresh bread, pancakes, and sausages were great. the location was particularly good, close to sebastian acosta park. it was located in a really comfortable area not far from the relaxing nature of la floresta and restaurants, shopping and tour agencies and the quito airport, a cozy base for me.

Satisfactory breakfast, fairly clean hotel, particularly good and absolutely perfect location close to town centre. Helpful staff with knowledge of the place. Location very close to Riobamba as well as the center on banos.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, with colorful furnishings and a nice balcony with a hammock overlooking the internal courtyard. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of downtown and with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could have had more variety to choose from.
